Screen, evaluate and defend any Texas asset on one set of numbers.

QuickScout Enterprise brings Texas RRC production, FracFocus completions and your own LAS files into a single evaluation — screening, decline fits, EUR and type curves, with every number traceable back to the record it came from. Analyze and value a lease, an operator's whole position, or any area you draw — whether you are buying it, advising on it, or just keeping track of what happens on it.

Who it is for

Built for everyone who screens, evaluates and defends a number

Five different jobs on the same rock, working from one scope instead of five exports.

Corp dev & M&A
Screen inbound packages against your criteria, then hand your investment committee a package that shows its work.
Engineers & consultants
Decline fits, type curves, spacing and frac benchmarks — and a chart builder that answers the question in front of you without a data request.
Private equity
Diligence a portfolio company's acreage without hiring the work out for every look.
Banks & lenders
Redetermination support: production of record, decline, and a valuation you can trace to source.
Non-op & minerals
Track operator activity across your tracts and price working-interest offers on current data.

HIGHLIGHTS
43% of reserve BOE carries 76% of forecast revenue — oil price is nearly all of the risk. Half the discounted value arrives by 2030; ninety per cent by 2034. 1,148 producing wells across 1,643 leases; 31 leases price below zero and are disclosed. Priced on a flat $70.00 / $3.00 deck at 10%, net of a 0.750 revenue interest.

02 · Screening & curation

Work the whole target set in one afternoon, not one row at a time

A dense blotter over every lease in scope, with the columns a screen actually turns on: wells, current rate, EUR per 1,000 ft, spacing, operator, last activity. Triage from the keyboard.

Criteria, not filters. Faceted sliders drawn over the p05/p50/p95 of the set, so you can see whether a threshold is trimming the tail or cutting into the body.
Bulk accept and reject. Accept everything matching, then work the exceptions. Decisions and reasons are kept with the screen, not in a side spreadsheet.
Watchlist and activity. Star a lease, an operator or a field, and new permits, completions, tests and transfers on it come to you — a standing watch, whether or not anything is for sale.
Export what you screened. The lease table goes to CSV at row level, so the number you publish can be checked against the rows behind it.

03 · Valuation & economics

A number you can take apart

Decline fits run on production of record, not on a vendor's smoothed copy of it. Every value carries its assumptions, its fit parameters and the wells it came from — so the question in the room is the asset, not the spreadsheet.

Arps fits and EUR per lease, with b, Di and initial rate visible and adjustable — plus an economic limit you set.
Analog type curves normalized per 1,000 ft of lateral, built from producing analogs in the same reservoir — and the lease says so on its face.
Lease-level rollup to NPV under your price deck, LOE, NRI and discount rate. Change one and the package re-runs.
Every lease names its model. Fit, analog, recent trend, flood, or hand-priced — carried with the number rather than averaged into it.
04 · Log analysis

Your log library, read by something that has read the whole log

Upload a LAS file or a scanned raster. Enterprise digitizes the curves, surveys the whole log for the zones worth a look, and answers in plain language — with the curve values and RRC records behind each claim.

Interpretation. Lithology, porosity, shows, neutron-density crossplots, and the best-looking section — without picking the interval first.
Completion targeting. Landing guidance, frackability, whether a frac stays in zone, organic-richness.
Offsets, spacing, parent–child. Real perpendicular spacing, which bench each offset landed in, and parent hits derived from frac dates.
Frac design benchmarking. Full stimulation jobs and chemistry from FracFocus, your design against the neighbours'.
Wellbore trajectory. Read straight out of RRC directional-survey PDFs — kickoff, landing, lateral length, azimuth.

What's the best-looking section on this log?
8,318–8,402 ft — Wolfcamp B. Cleanest sustained interval on the log.
GR averages 42 API over 84 ft with no shale break above 68. Density-neutron separation is consistent with 9.6% effective porosity; Archie Sw of 38% on an Rw of 0.06. Two offsets perforated inside this interval and both flowed oil on their W-2s.

ASKED THE SAME WAY YOU'D ASK A COLLEAGUE
Does this well have any pay? What's the real spacing on this pad? Is this a child well? Slickwater or gel? What did the offsets perforate? How thick is the Wolfcamp B? Will a frac stay in zone here? What was the IP on that well?
05 · Custom charting

Chart anything in your scope. Without asking anyone.

Consultants and engineers do not need another dashboard someone else designed. Pick a grain, a measure and an axis — the chart type follows from the pair. Every exhibit you have been rebuilding by hand each quarter becomes a saved view you re-run in a minute.

2025 has 14 months of history, not 36. Each line stops where that vintage runs out of data — carry it further and the months that do not exist yet plot as zero, which makes the newest wells look like the worst on the chart.
